Supermoon

It's been a bit quiet on the photography front so far this year but I did manage to get a quick shot of the Supermoon on Saturday 19th March. This was taken at 7.30pm when it was quite low in the sky and had a slight yellow cast to it.

The moon is usually about 238,000 miles away from earth but on Saturday it was only 221,567 miles away!
